Congratulate yourself!  Yes you have come to this site in search of the tools to make that change in your life, for many years now you have wanted to be a Non- Smoker and today you have take that final concrete step to this fabulous goal!

A big part of kicking the smoking habit is letting go of that smoking routine you

had and viewing cigarettes completely differently.  Hypnotherapy combined

with EFT is an increasingly popular form of intervention to assist you achieve

thinking and behaving instead of thinking and craving for the cigarettes.

always needed by clients.

so that you can continue receiving the benefits even when you are at home.

 

Some of the Key Benefits of You being a Non-Smoker

  • 20 minutes your blood pressure will drop back down to normal.

  • 8 hours the carbon monoxide (a toxic gas) levels in your blood stream will drop by half, and oxygen levels will return to normal.

  • 48 hours your chance of having a heart attack will have decreased. All nicotine will have left your body. Your sense of taste and smell will return to a normal level.

  • 72 hours your bronchial tubes will relax, and your energy levels will increase

  • 2 weeks your circulation will increase, and it will continue to improve for the next 10 weeks.

How can hypnotherapy return you to being a non-smoker?

 

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool. The professional clinical hypnotherapist is skilled at exploring and identifying what the subconscious reasons are for you smoking which then permit the modification of that entrenched behaviour. People smoke for many reasons. However, once in a state of hypnosis, the therapist explores your hidden subconscious mind in search of the psychological and emotional needs that a person may be trying to satisfy through smoking.
